Late October, I saw a channel post regarding the MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer exam (beta). Me and a friend decided to take the exam.
Preparation was done via reviewing the contents of the exams skills outline and our daily interaction with the voice elements of Microsoft Teams.
The exams skills outline was very detailed – using Microsoft Docs to locate the supporting information for tested skills ensured one covered all relevant documentation required to pass. The Microsoft Ignite: Teams Voice Engineer Challenge cloud skill challenge was a massive bonus.
Studying the configuring emergency calling and operator connect notes should aid in your passing the exams.
I took the beta exams on the 30th and was told to expect the results in 8 weeks.
Fast forward 8 weeks, and I am now a Teams Voice Engineer Expert.
The beta exam is now superseded by a GA MS-720.
Enjoy folks.
